Market Analysis

We take a look at the Broward County housing market in our Market Update for the Sua Team! There are 1,482 "Just Listed", 5,329 "Active" listings, and 1,292 homes that are "Under Contract"! This means that only 24.2% of homes are under contract, giving the buyer plenty of inventory to choose from!

In November of 2019, there were a total of 1,174 homes sold in Broward County. The number of sold homes went up from November of 2018 at a rate of 2.2% and the median time to contract is 46 days. The average med time to contract has increased from 2018, meaning that homes are selling at a slower rate. 

Our supply is 4.0 months which is considered a sellers market, meaning that there is enough demand from buyers to equal the supplies from sellers.
