We take a look at the Broward County housing market in our Market Update for the Sua Team! There are 1,720 "Just Listed", 5,436 "Active" listings, and 1,537 homes that are "Under Contract"! This means that only 28.3% of homes are under contract, giving the buyer plenty of inventory to choose from!

In August of 2019, there were a total of 1,436 homes sold in Broward County. The number of sold homes went down from August of 2018 at a rate of 6.2% and the median time to contract is 43 days. The average med time to contract has increased from 2018, meaning that homes are selling at a slower rate. 

Our supply is 4.2 months which is considered a balanced market, meaning that there is enough demand from buyers to equal the supplies from sellers.
