Astrith Sua is the co-founder of Capital Group Realty of South Florida and The Sua Team. She is originally from Colombia SA and has resided in South Florida for 34 years, relocated from the New York New Jersey Area. She is recognized as a top sales producer in the State of Florida. She excels by sharing her market knowledge, negotiation acumen and marketing expertise to their many clients. In addition to her real estate skills she has extensive experience in debt management and billing. Astrith heads the residential brokerage segment of the business and is also responsible for identifying potential investments and other new business opportunities. Astrith is recognized by the National Association of Realtors as a Certified Residential Specialist, Senior Residential Specialist and Certified Buyer’s Agent. She is an active member of professional organizations such as Toastmasters and Women Council of Realtors. Through her Toastmasters experience, Astrith has mastered her public speaking skills utilizing them in the many seminar and presentations in educating the public in the home buying process to make it a positive experience.
